These terms cover the use of this website. The terms of an engagement are set out in a separate written agreement for each project.
What this site is
This website describes the services of Logic Enablers and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer to contract; a project begins when both parties sign a written agreement.
Content
The text, illustrations, and code of this site belong to Logic Enablers unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Technology names and marks belong to their owners and are used to describe what we work with, not to imply endorsement.
Accuracy
We keep the site accurate and update it when our services or process change. Timings and phase structures on workflow pages are reference examples; the written scope for your project is what applies.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content, to the extent the law allows. Our liability under an engagement is set out in that engagement’s agreement.
