Can you connect to our PLCs and machines?

Yes. We work with OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, and vendor-specific protocols, and with the gateway hardware already on the floor where possible.

Does the software run on site or in the cloud?

Usually both: data collection and anything latency-sensitive runs on site, analytics and dashboards run in your cloud. The scope decides where each part lives based on connectivity and policy.

How do you replace a system that cannot go offline?

One function at a time, with old and new running in parallel and reconciled until the numbers match, then a cutover with a rollback plan. The Legacy Modernization workflow describes the phases.

How much data do you need for predictive maintenance?

Months of machine data and a record of failures to learn from. Where that history does not exist, we start with rule-based alerts and anomaly detection, and build prediction as data accumulates.
